Friendly staff, fresh food, my favorite hibachi restaurant

We had a company lunch here. We did the Hibachi thing. I have had better just down the street. The sushi was good by the Hibachi food was not that good. I had salmon, it was burnt and tasted like a strong vinegar. I just was not impressed by this place. Not on my recommendation of places to eat.

We eat here at least three times a month. They are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to give you a wonderful experience. Mr. Brian and his staff are Great. Chef Kim and Chef Jay are two of the best in town. It's an art to do what everyone here does and they are very good at it. Thank you very much for being a part of our community. Tim and Meribeth....

Nothing has been the same since covid but they did try their best to get our large party seated close to one another. 11 people, split into 5 and 6. Carlos is awesome and puts on a great show for kids!

Great atmosphere for celebrating a birthday. That's a good thing, because we were actually there to celebrate a birthday with family and friends. We we're all pleased with our food and everyone left stuffed and carrying boxed leftovers. Portions are large and dinner was served with soup, salad, and ice cream.

I had a wonderful experience at Kani House. The food was excellent, the saki was great and the service was fantastic. I will definitely return and strongly recommend this restaurant.

Great lunch experience at a great price. Dinners are usually 10 bucks more. We got here 15 minutes till 2, and still got great service.

Never had their hibachi but, their sushi is great. The service at Kani House is always pleasant as well.

The food here was pretty good was pretty good. If we go there again, I wouldn't mind trying the sushi bar. Our family went there on fathers day and during some of the Covid stuff. Even with all that going on, we didn't have to wait forever to get a table. Of course the cook was entertaining and I was SUPER grateful he didn't start throwing food at me. I've had a few bad experiences with Hibachi cooks throwing things at me...

Came here for hibatchi. I was greeted as soon as I entered and every single employee I made contact with from beginning to end was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had the chicken and filet mignon and it was amazing! The California rolls were very good too (adventurous, I know). Service was pretty quick (I recommend making a reservation- we maybe had a 5 minute wait once we arrived because of this). Our server was amazing and he was super sweet and attentive. I ordered a long island and it was good and pretty strong. Attention to detail and attentive service was great. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here! Thank you!

Food was OK, but I did not feel like it was a good value for the money. No dessert with the hibachi? I don't know of any other hibachi restaurant that doesn't give you a little sherbert as a palate cleanser. Chairs were uncomfortable. My wife cut her finger on one of the chairs that had a sharp barb exposed.

Went for an early lunch and the food was great, the rolls were large so if you're going with people, by the mall it's a good deal

Fun for the whole family! I had shrimp. Lobster with fried rice. Delicious!

This place is nice and roomy, the meals was delicious and the prices were very fair. rapidly, productive service and very affable staff members. Recommended.

The Hula Steak was fantastic. Our chef, Douglas, was talkative and attentative. He checked continuously in each party and chatted about more than the food at hand. Will definably be going again!

Awesome time and great food. We went early on a Wednesday evening 5Pm for a birthday dinner for my mother. Was barely any customers at that time and we still were seated immediately which was perfect.

Really disappointed in my most recent visit. The show was lacking, the food wasn't prepared well. They overcooked my husband's steak, severy overcooked his salmon, and over did my lobster to the point it was like rubber. Tried the black fried rice, if you do go, try it, its awesome.

The service here was great. Sat us down quickly. Took our orders quickly. Perfect. We did however run into a hair in our food issue, which happens. But the manager was understanding and didn’t charge us for the food we had ordered and we left. Even though we did not eat because we lost our appetite, I would be whiling to come back and try it again another time.

We have always had great service here and love coming on our own for sushi date night! We sit right at the sushi bar and talk with the chefs when we do that... with spectacular results! Highly recommend getting to know them and allow them to have some input to what you are going to eat!Tonight though, we ate hibachi and it was fantastic! Alex watched over our table with perfect timing and efficiency, while Chef Mario was playful with our granddaughter and willing to chat with the adults as well. What I loved was that our Peruvian family members here for Christmas were a part of the experience and conversation with Chef Mario! Honestly, that made such a huge difference in the experience! Stellar food and service will have you coming back!

I like Kani House, great atmosphere really friendly staff. They have dine in and they are social distancing with extra cleaning procedures. Very welcoming. Great food too.

This place was great from the atmosphere, to the staff (shout out to bartender Phoenix for her patience taking our to go order). Food was great. They have an excellent vegan menu along with the regular menu. Will visit again if ever in the area again. Sorry forgot to snap a pick of the food we ate it too quickly!

Upon arriving for dinner we were seated within the miniutr for hibachi. The chef was very nice and had awesome skills! The show was nest, the portions were amazing. I got my steak cooked exactly as I wanted (medium rare). The yum yum sauce is awesome. Tyku sake was smooth and affordable. I enjoyed the Sapporo on tap as well. Lastly, we found Dori.

We went to celebrate a birthday and though they were very busy, the service was great and so was the food. We all had a great time!

The food and service here is spectacular. Everything we have tried is delicious. The hibachi show is funny and entertaining. They have very unique sushi that tastes as good as they look.

Kani house was very nice. I enjoyed it. The food was amazing!! I'm definitely going again!! This time I will sit on the other side and not the dining.

AFRICAN AMERICANS.....DON'T EAT HERE. My 2 kids and I came to this place to eat..... after 10 minutes of waiting and being seated the waitress asked us to move to seats on the side of the grill...because a party of 5 (a white family) came in. There was 5 seats available together...but I guess they deserved (white family) a better view. I have been a long time customer for years....but will NEVER return.

The eggs were burned in the rice, the veggies still crunchy and my steak had a terrible amount of gristle.

Place was good, staff very friendly. Food was as to be expected. Atmosphere was not up to other hibachi/sushi places, sushi was smaller in portion. Prices normal. Lightning seemed off though and wet floor near tables. Open for in seat dining but might just take out next time if come back by.

This was a Pre-birthday dinner for me. The service was great, the food was fantastic. We will definitely be going back.

Food was great service was good. Restrooms needed work leaking pipes in the men's and no soap. Plus questionable light fixtures.

I visit this place a lot since I work right next to it. I like how their customer service is always good and they keep the place well organized consistently. Rates are convenient and they serve generous portions.
